Refund and Returns Policy

At AutotecHub, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality auto parts, accessories, and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items include:
  • Electrical or electronic parts

  • Items damaged due to improper installation

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Digital downloads or service-based products

2. Return Process
  • Contact our support team at info@autotechub.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective items sent.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@autotechub.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact info@autotechub.com for assistance.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
